Who we are

Quotely is a digital marketing and lead-generation agency for insurance agents. It is operated by Insurely LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Tucson, Arizona (“Quotely,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information on quotelyleads.com and in the forms, calls, texts and emails connected to it.

If you came from an insurance agency's website or ad

We build websites and run ads for insurance agencies. If you asked one of those agencies for an insurance quote, that agency is responsible for your information and its privacy policy applies. We handle that information only on the agency's behalf and under its instructions. We never sell it, and we never give one agency's leads to another.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, agency name, role, email address, mobile and office phone numbers.
• Business details: licensed states, lines of insurance, lead types, ad budgets, team size, call schedule, CRM and marketing tools, website, brand and copy preferences, and the skills or services you're interested in.
• Agreements: the plan you select, your acceptance of our agreements, and your typed or drawn electronic signature.
• Billing information: billing name and address and the payment card details you enter on our billing pages. Payment card data is sensitive; we collect it only to charge for services you authorize.
• Feedback: what you tell us about your campaigns and calls.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser details, pages you view, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in links (UTM parameters).
• Your IP address, which our hosting provider and some tools receive when your browser loads them.
• Cookie and pixel data from the advertising and embedded tools described below.

Information from others

When you book a call, our scheduling provider shares the details you enter. Ad platforms give us aggregated reports about how our ads perform.

How we use it

• To answer you, schedule calls and send the information you ask for.
• To provide our services: onboarding, building campaigns, websites and funnels, and supporting your account.
• To process payments you authorize and keep billing records.
• To send service and account messages.
• To market our services by email, and by phone call or text message when you've given consent.
• To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
• To protect our site, our clients and you, and to meet legal obligations.

Your personal information is not used to train artificial intelligence models.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run our business (listed below), who may use it only to provide their services to us;
• with payment processors, to complete payments you authorize;
• when required by law, legal process or to protect rights, safety and security;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy; and
• with your permission.

Advertising pixel. Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) about visits and actions on our site so we can measure and target our ads. Some state laws treat this as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out with Global Privacy Control (see below) or in your Meta ad settings.

Calls and text messages

If you give consent on one of our forms, Quotely may call and text you at the number you provide, including with automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voices, about Quotely's marketing services and products, including Claude Skills. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT) to any text. You can also tell us on a call, by email at support@quotelyleads.com, or any other reasonable way. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days.
• For help: reply HELP, email support@quotelyleads.com or call 602-670-3495.
• Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
• If we record a call, we will tell you at the start of the call.

Do Not Call

We keep an internal Do Not Call list. If you ask us not to call or text you, we add your number and keep honoring that request for ten years. We call and text only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.

Cookies and tools we use

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our site does not load the Meta Pixel for that browser. We treat the signal as a request to opt out of ad-related sharing.

Do Not Track. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we don't respond to them. Use Global Privacy Control instead.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our agreements, billing, tax and legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. Do Not Call requests are kept for ten years.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop marketing calls, texts or emails; and
• opt out of targeted advertising and “sharing.”

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws may have these rights by law. We honor these requests no matter where you live.

To make a request, email support@quotelyleads.com or call 602-670-3495. We will verify your request and respond generally within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@quotelyleads.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 60 days. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact your state attorney general.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Other websites

Our site links to and embeds other services, such as Calendly, Stripe, YouTube and Vimeo. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date at the top, and if a change is material we will tell you on this page or by email before it takes effect.
