New in the Scale Plan

Quotely now manages yourGoogle Business Profile.

We already build your website, write your articles and handle your site SEO. Now we optimize the listing people see on Google Maps too: a complete profile, weekly posts, review requests and a reply to every review.

  • Listing optimization
  • Weekly posts
  • Review replies
  • Monthly reporting

Why it matters

Before they visit your site, they see your listing.

  • 1

"Near me" searches end on a map

Plenty of people look up insurance agencies on Google Maps and in the local results, and decide who to call from there.

  • 2

Your profile is often the first impression

Your hours, reviews, replies, photos and recent posts are often the first things a shopper sees, before your website.

  • 3

Call, Directions, Website: one tap away

A complete, active listing gives people a reason to tap yours. A bare one with old info and unanswered reviews gives them a reason to keep scrolling.

What we do

Your Google Business Profile, handled every week.

The same team that builds your website and writes your articles keeps your listing complete, active and protected.

Listing setup and optimization

We fill in and tune every part of your profile that people and Google read.

  • Primary and secondary categories
  • Services and service areas
  • Hours and holiday hours, attributes
  • A business description written for your market

Consistent everywhere, tracked properly

Your name, address and phone stay consistent across your profile, your website and the directories.

  • Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and Yelp
  • A tracking link on your profile's website button
  • Call tracking set up the safe way: tracking number as primary phone, your real number as an additional phone

Weekly Google posts

Weekly Google posts made from the articles we write for you, so your listing never looks abandoned.

  • A custom post image for every post: illustrated home and auto scenes in your colors, never stock photos
  • A Learn more link back to the full article on your site

Review requests

A review link and QR code your team sends to customers after a quote, a policy review or a call.

  • Done within Google's rules: no incentives
  • Ask every customer, not just the happy ones

Responses to every review

Review replies crafted by AI for local SEO, and checked by a person before any reply to a negative review goes out.

  • Replies never confirm someone is a customer or mention a policy or claim, to protect insurance privacy

Listing protection

We watch for suggested edits from Google or the public and report spam competitor listings.

  • You stay the owner of your listing
  • Quotely is added as a manager, and you can remove us any time
How it works

Four steps. You only do the first one.

STEP 01You

A few clicks in your profile. You stay the owner. If you're a captive agent, we check your carrier's rules together at onboarding.

STEP 02Quotely

We audit and optimize

Categories, services, hours, description and attributes, plus name, address and phone matched across your site and directories.

STEP 03Quotely

Weekly posts and replies

A new post from your latest article every week, review requests for your team, and a reply to each new review.

STEP 04Quotely

It's in your monthly report

Calls, direction requests, website clicks and the searches that found you. A map ranking grid is available too.

What it looks like

Branded posts and careful replies.

Every post gets its own illustrated image in your colors, made from an article on your site. Here's a sample agency.

Example review

I was dreading shopping for home and auto, but they walked me through my options and made it simple. Quick, friendly answers every time I called.

Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words, Maria! Helping families around Tucson compare home and auto coverage is what our team loves to do. We're always here if questions come up.

Notice what the reply leaves out: it doesn't confirm she's a customer and never mentions a policy or claim.

Your review link and QR code

Your team texts or emails the link, or points customers to the QR code at the front desk. (Pattern shown is decorative.)

Fits the system

One article. Four places it works for you.

Your Google Business Profile isn't a separate project. It runs on the same content engine as your website and SEO.

01

We write an article

A local, search-focused article for your market, part of your SEO program.

02

It goes live on your website

Published on your Quotely site, with your quote form one tap away.

03

It becomes a Google post

With a custom image in your colors and a Learn more link back to the article.

04

People call you

Calls, direction requests and website clicks from your listing, tracked in your monthly report.

The same article feeds your site, your SEO and your Google profile.

Map ads and Google Ads

Your Business Profile also powers your Google ads.

Quotely already runs your Google Ads in the Scale Plan. So we link your Business Profile to your Google Ads account. Then your ads can show your map pin, address, hours and a call button, and your agency can show up as an ad on Google Maps.

Example

Map ads

Your agency can show up as a sponsored pin on Google Maps, with your listing card and buttons right under it.

  • Shows when people search "insurance agency near me" on Maps
  • Call and Directions are one tap away
  • Calls and direction requests are tracked
Example

Click-to-call ads

On a phone, your ad carries a big call button, so a shopper can reach your office in one tap.

  • Mobile buyers tap once to call
  • Calls are counted as conversions, so we can see which ads bring them
  • The call button runs on your office hours
Example

Ads to your quote page

Search ads send shoppers to your website, with your address and hours pulled from your Business Profile.

  • Sends shoppers straight to your quote form
  • Quick links for auto, home and bundle quotes
  • Address and hours come from your profile, so they stay current
Example

What you see each month

Your monthly report shows what the ads did: calls, direction requests, website visits and quote starts.

  • Ad results sit next to your profile results
  • Numbers come from your own accounts, not estimates

Included with Scale's Google Ads management. Ad spend is billed by Google to your card.Illustrations: "Your Agency", the address and the numbers are examples. Google decides when and where ads show, so we don't promise a position or a cost per call.

FAQ

Google Business Profile, answered.

Which plans include Google Business Profile management?

Only the Scale Plan: $1,997 one-time, then $997/mo, month-to-month. It isn't included in Starter or Growth. Starter and Growth agencies can upgrade to Scale to add it.

Who owns my Google Business Profile?

You do. You stay the owner of your listing, and Quotely is added as a manager. You can remove our access at any time, and nothing about your profile is moved into an account you don't control.

I'm a captive agent (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers). Can you manage my profile?

Usually, but check with us first. With captive carriers, your carrier may control the listing or require approval for posts and review replies. We follow your carrier's rules and check them with you at onboarding, so what we do fits what your carrier allows.

What if I already manage my profile?

Great, that's a head start. We begin with an audit, keep what's working and fix what's missing, like categories, services, hours or mismatched contact details. If you like posting yourself, keep going; we'll coordinate so nothing doubles up.

How often do posts go out?

Weekly. Each post is made from an article we wrote for your website, with a custom image in your colors and a Learn more link back to the article.

Are review replies written by AI?

Yes. Replies are drafted by AI for local SEO, and a person checks every reply to a negative review before it goes out. Replies never confirm that someone is a customer and never mention a policy or claim.

How do review requests work?

We give your team a review link and a QR code to send to customers by text or email, or to show at your office. We follow Google's rules: no incentives, and you ask every customer, not just the happy ones. We never write or buy reviews.

Will this put me at the top of Google Maps?

No one can promise a map position, and we won't. Google decides local results by relevance, distance and prominence. We take care of the parts you can control: a complete, accurate, active profile with fresh posts and answered reviews. You'll see calls, direction requests, website clicks and the searches that found you in your monthly report.

Make your listing as good as your website.

Google Business Profile management is included in the Scale Plan. Book a call and we'll walk through what we'd change on your profile first.
