Terms of Service — Quotely (Service Provider)
Welcome to Quotely! We are excited to help you generate calls and leads for your business.
1. Payment Agreement
By signing this agreement, you authorize Insurely, LLC to charge your credit card as follows:
- Set-up Fee: $1,500, unless otherwise specified by our sales team through quarterly promotions or coupon codes.
- Coupon Verification: If a coupon code is applied, our team will verify it with you before submitting charges.
2. Recurring Charge Disclosure
- Your monthly fee will be charged automatically every 30 days.
- To cancel your service, send an email request at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
- Your monthly fee may vary if promotional rates or coupon codes are applied by our sales team.
3. Google/Facebook Ads Spend Charges
- You agree to allow Google and Facebook to charge your card on file based on your communicated ad spend budget.
- Charges occur each time your ad spend reaches $150.
- Dispute Clause: Disputing Google charges will result in account suspension, termination of lead delivery, and voiding of this agreement. No further services or refunds will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only valid with explicit approval from our team.
5. Monthly Subscription Policy
- Our service operates on a month-to-month subscription basis.
- We recommend using our lead generation services for a minimum of 2 months to see substantial results.
- You can cancel anytime. If a cancellation request is made after a monthly payment, your membership will continue until the next billing cycle.
6. No Lead Credit Policy
Since you pay Quotely for ad management and pay for leads via your ad spend, no lead credits or refunds will be issued.
7. Minimum Lead Production Guarantee
- Facebook: We guarantee a minimum of 20 leads per month.
- Google: We guarantee a minimum of 10 calls per month.
To qualify for these guarantees, you must run ads for 20 business days and spend the full recommended budget. If you don't meet the lead count due to campaign pauses or under-budgeting, you won't be eligible for a refund.

9. Final Payment Authorization
By electronically signing this agreement, you authorize Insurely, LLC to charge your credit card for the agreed fees, including:
- $1,500 setup fee.
- $1,000 monthly payments (unless otherwise modified via promotions or coupon codes from Quotely's sales team).
